What you can expect You will take on the project management for the further rollout of our job evaluation system in both national and international contexts.You will be the contact and sparring partner for questions regarding compensation and job evaluation for our national and international HR business partners, managers, and the works council – in compliance with our policies.You will conduct salary benchmarks and participate in benchmark surveys and equal pay analyses.You will be involved in annual bonus and salary rounds, including budget planning and approval.Your responsibilities will be rounded off by the development and review of salary bands, involving various stakeholders (local HR managers, works council, management) while considering the respective national specifics (e.g., collective agreements).
In this pivotal role, you’ll influence strategic decisions, guide HR and business leaders, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions—primarily Germany and Switzerland. The Role: Serve as the primary legal advisor for employment law matters across EMEA, with a focus on Germany and Switzerland.Provide strategic counsel on organizational change initiatives, including restructurings and workforce planning.Lead negotiations with works councils and manage complex employment-related projects.Oversee litigation and manage external counsel, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.Advise on HR policies, compliance, and internal investigations.Deliver training sessions to HR and business leaders on key employment law topics.
